Returns And Refunds
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your goods in the original packaging, in an unused condition as per this returns and refunds policy.
For an exchange or refund, you must advise us within seven working days and return within a further seven working days.
The customer is liable for any further shipping costs:
- If you wish to return your order or individual items from it, please obtain a 'proof of posting' certificate and tracked service from your post office or carrier when returning goods. You are responsible for parcels lost or damaged on their return to us.
- Alternatively, we offer a collection and or exchange service - please ask for a quotation. Our Collection and or Exchange service is a pre-paid service. Costs can be deducted from the refund you will receive once the items are back with us. To use the Collection and or Exchange service someone must be available at the collection address to sign for the goods when the carrier arrives. Extra charges will be incurred if no one is available to sign for the goods.
Please enclose your returns form (found at the bottom of your Invoice) with the items being returned so that we can identify your order and issue a refund/exchange without delay.
Goods returned for a refund through no fault of the seller, incur a 15% handling charge to cover administration, picking and packaging etc.
